Appearance, motion & report export refined
New
- New motion setting: follow system, keep gentle animations, or reduce motion.
- New appearance choice: light, dark, or system-dependent.
- Both options are introduced during onboarding and stay editable later under Settings → Appearance.
Improved
- Onboarding now shows motion and appearance on two calmer dedicated screens with clear selection cards.
- The night area now always forces a dark interface, regardless of the general appearance setting.
- Gentle brand animations remain available, but can be reduced for sensitive users.
Fixed
- Care-team reports now automatically include the export date in the file name, e.g. Inneres-Echo-Report_11062026.pdf.
Removed
- The combined appearance screen in onboarding was replaced by two clearer individual steps.
More control over stimulation
Inneres Echo uses small, calm movements: echo ripples, symbol animations and the breathing circle in panic support. For some people that feels good. For others, movement can be too much.
That is why the app now asks early in onboarding how much motion feels right. You can follow the iOS accessibility setting, intentionally keep the gentle animations, or reduce motion. The same choice remains available later under Settings → Appearance.
Light, dark or automatic
The interface can now be set to light, dark or system-dependent. Night mode stays dark regardless, so the app does not suddenly light up at night.
Reports are easier to find
Care-team reports now automatically include the export date in the file name. Multiple reports no longer share the same generic name in the share sheet or Files.
