Data control
My data
Here's how to change, delete and control the data recorded in Inneres Echo — and how the approximate location is used for weather.
Your data stays with you
Inneres Echo is local-first: your entries (mood, notes, modules, history, etc.) are stored on your device — not on our servers. We have no access to them and do not share them with third parties.
Change or delete your data
Anything you record in the app can be edited or deleted right in the app: tap individual entries to edit/remove them, or use “Reset data” in settings to delete everything at once. Removing the app from your device deletes all locally stored data with it.
Approximate location for weather
Inneres Echo only ever uses your approximate location — never your precise location — and only to fetch the current weather. The approximate location is sent to the weather service for that request, but is not stored by us and is never used for tracking or advertising.
Control or turn off location
It's your call: Inneres Echo only ever requests the approximate location to begin with. In iOS Settings under “Privacy & Security → Location Services → Inneres Echo” you can set access to “Never” at any time. The app still works without location — you just won't see the weather.
Apple Health
If you connected Apple Health, manage those permissions in the Health app (Health → Profile → Apps → Inneres Echo). You can revoke access individually there. Health data stays in Apple Health / on your device.
Use & sharing
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. Required permissions (location, Health, calendar, camera, microphone) are optional, individually controllable and only used for the respective feature.
